Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. All orders placed after 4pm CST will be considered next business day orders. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the Continental United States is typically 3-5 days.
We recommend storing Essential Basics products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
We currently use USPS for shipping. Other options may be available at check out.

Tracking information will automatically be sent once the order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Essential Basics, LLC reserves the right to refuse any orders placed with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Our Products are made in the USA.
Many of our products are naturally derived. Please read labels and ingredients carefully before purchase.
We do not test products on animals.
When used as directed, all products were formulated to be safe for all skin types. We recommend doing a patch test prior to use of products. Our products contain natural butters and essential oils, if you are allergic to these types of items please don't use the products. Consult with your physician with the list of ingredients found on the website and product label if you have any concerns.
Essential Basics, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Essential Basics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
